Campaign Delivery Coordinator
£28k - £35k per year
How This Role Fits
You’ll sit within the Campaign department, reporting to the Campaign Lead. Campaign is one of three departments in our service delivery function — the other two are Account Management and Technical Delivery.
The Content Specialist writes the copy. The Campaign Strategist sets the direction. The proofreader checks it. Then it comes to you — and you make it live. You build newsletters into Campaign Monitor, upload blogs to member websites, deploy landing pages, and manage the VAs who support with builds, uploads, and video/audio management.
You’ll also coordinate with Technical Delivery when deployment requires developer support, and with Account Managers to confirm scheduling and member-specific requirements.
How We Work
We’re opening a new Orange & Gray HQ and moving to a hybrid working model. You’ll be based from the office a couple of days a week, with project work, team sessions, and collaborative days happening in-person. The rest of the time, you have the flexibility to work from home.
For a delivery coordination role, in-person time is where you’ll align with the Campaign Lead on schedules, review VA output with the team, and coordinate cross-department on deployment timing. The build and QA work can happen wherever you’re most productive.
What You’ll Do
Build & Deploy Newsletters
Build newsletters into Campaign Monitor (or equivalent) from approved content and design templates
Quality-check every newsletter before send: branding consistency, link quality, formatting, rendering across email clients, and content accuracy
Manage scheduling and deployment of newsletters across the member portfolio on time, every time
Maintain and update newsletter templates to keep them current and on-brand for each member
Manage Blog Uploads & Landing Pages
Upload blog posts to member websites (Framer and other platforms) with correct formatting, internal linking, and thumbnail creation
Quality-check every blog upload: layout, links, images, internal linking structure, and SEO elements
Build and deploy landing pages as briefed — ensuring they’re live, correct, and conversion-ready
Ensure all uploads are consistent with each member’s brand guidelines and website standards
Lead, Manage & QA the VA Team
Lead and manage VAs responsible for newsletter building, blog uploads, and video/audio management
Brief VA tasks clearly with defined quality standards, deadlines, and expected outcomes
Quality-check all VA output before it’s considered complete — newsletter builds, blog uploads, video edits, audio clean-ups, and platform management
Manage VA workloads and priorities to ensure everything is delivered on schedule across the portfolio
Hold VAs accountable for quality and turnaround — when output doesn’t meet the standard, you address it
Oversee Video & Audio Management
Oversee VA-managed video and audio work: YouTube management, video edits, audio clean-ups, and Vimeo management
Quality-check all video and audio assets before publication — branding, captions, format, and platform compliance
Ensure video and audio content is published to the right platforms with correct metadata, descriptions, and settings
Maintain Quality & Brand Consistency
Own branding consistency across all deployed content — newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and video assets
Verify link quality across all published content — no broken links make it to a live page or email
Maintain a quality-first mindset: nothing deploys unless it meets the standard, regardless of deadlines
Track time and tasks accurately in MondayWhat We’re Looking For
We need someone who can build, deploy, coordinate, and quality-check at volume without anything slipping. To be considered, you should have:
Email platform experience — you’ve built and deployed emails/newsletters in Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, or similar. You know your way around templates, formatting, and send scheduling
Website CMS experience — you can upload content, format blog posts, and manage pages in WordPress, Framer, or similar platforms
Attention to detail — branding, formatting, links, rendering, internal linking, thumbnails — you check everything and nothing slips through
VA or team coordination experience — you’ve briefed, managed, and quality-checked work from remote team members or VAs
Organisational skills — you’re managing newsletters, blog uploads, landing pages, and video assets across multiple members simultaneously. You need to keep it all moving without anything being forgotten
Quality-first mindset — you’d rather flag a delay than deploy something that isn’t right. Standards matter to you
Process discipline — you follow checklists, you build checklists, and you never skip steps because you’re busy
Accountability — if something goes live with a broken link or inconsistent branding, it’s your responsibility. You own the output
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience with Campaign Monitor specifically
Experience with Framer as a website platform
Experience managing video/audio publication across YouTube, Vimeo, and social platforms
Experience working with US-based clients
Experience in a marketing agency or digital services environment

What your (potential) colleagues say
"
"Joining Orange & Gray has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. From day one, I felt welcomed into a warm, upbeat remote team where open communication and camaraderie aren’t just buzzwords—they’re real. The culture manages to be professional yet relaxed, striking that rare balance where people take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. What stands out most is the creative freedom. Orange & Gray gives you space to experiment, share ideas, and take risks without fear of failure. It’s the kind of environment where innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. Working alongside Oli, our CMO, has been especially rewarding. He’s always open to new ideas, and our back-and-forth pushes projects further than I thought possible. The company’s get-togethers are another highlight. They go beyond the usual ‘team-building’ clichés and create real connections, not to mention unforgettable experiences. A personal standout was being given the chance to meet marketing legend Rory Sutherland and actually collaborate on content—something I never imagined a workplace would make possible. In short, Orange & Gray is more than a job. It’s a place where creativity thrives, colleagues feel like teammates, and personal growth is taken seriously. If you’re looking for a dynamic, supportive, and genuinely exciting workplace, I can’t recommend it enough.”
