Junior Technology Coordinator
£26k – £32k per year
If you’re looking to join an entrepreneurial team that is leading a movement within a niche in US healthcare, redefining industry standards, and leveraging modern technology to deliver world-class marketing outcomes, then this may be the right opportunity for you.
First, who are we?
Founded in 2017, we partner with just over 80 of the world’s best hearing care practices to help them become iconic in their communities and grow reputation, recognition and revenue. We do this through brand, content, and performance marketing, all powered by an 8-step strategy (with a book on the horizon in late 2026).
With a team of fewer than 20 people working remotely, our culture is built for people who care deeply about results, problem-solving, impact, and each other. We’re growing, we’re ambitious, and we only hire when the fit is right.
If you’re still reading, that might be you.
Our culture matters. A lot.
We’re protective of what we’ve built. Skills matter, but who you are matters more. If your friends or co-workers would describe you like this, you’ll feel at home here:
Interested in self-development and constantly improving yourself
A great teammate who helps without being asked
Someone who owns their responsibilities and takes pride in excellent work
Calm, constructive and solution-focused when challenges appear
Coachable, open to feedback, and never defensive
Reliable - when you say you’ll do something, it gets done
Obsessed with results and doing things properly
These statements describe the people you’ll be working alongside. This isn’t just a group of co-workers, it’s an aligned team of doers, thinkers, and high performers.
Now, let’s talk about the role.
The Role: Junior Technology Coordinator
This is a rare opportunity to learn every part of the tech backbone behind a modern marketing operation: automation, system setups, AI tools, email platforms, domain/DNS management, web infrastructure, integrations and more.
You’ll work directly alongside our CTO (your mentor) - supporting them day-to-day while steadily taking ownership of key systems. Over the next few years, the right person will grow into the role of tech lead across the entire company.
If you’re looking for a place to learn, be challenged, and eventually lead, this is it.
Your responsibilities include:
Setting up and managing marketing systems, automations, and integrations
Supporting email setups, domain/DNS updates, and deliverability
Assisting with onboarding new tools, platforms, and workflows
Helping maintain and improve internal systems for our team and clients
Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions
Learning how to build and optimize automations, dashboards, and internal tools
Supporting web-related tasks, including Framer, CMS setups, and troubleshooting
This role is designed for growth. You will be stretched, supported, and coached - the goal is for you to own the stack within 3–5 years.
Who we’re looking for
Essential:
A natural problem-solver who loves figuring out how systems work
Strong attention to detail and a logical, structured way of thinking
Comfortable with technology (you don’t need to know everything - but you must love learning)
Able to manage your time, take ownership, and keep projects moving
Great communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Exposure to web platforms (Framer, WordPress, etc.)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms or DNS records
Experience working with US-based clients
Curious about AI, systems design, or backend operations
If you’re the right fit, we’re happy to teach you everything else.
Salary & Benefits
£26,000–£30,000 depending on experience
Work from home - the entire team is remote
All equipment supplied (choose what you prefer)
Flexible hours to work around life and commitments
Private healthcare (UK residents + family)
Private dental care (UK residents + family)
Your birthday off - every year, on us
The chance to grow into a senior technical leadership role over the coming years

Their Words
What your (potential) colleagues say
"
"Joining Orange & Gray has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. From day one, I felt welcomed into a warm, upbeat remote team where open communication and camaraderie aren’t just buzzwords—they’re real. The culture manages to be professional yet relaxed, striking that rare balance where people take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. What stands out most is the creative freedom. Orange & Gray gives you space to experiment, share ideas, and take risks without fear of failure. It’s the kind of environment where innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. Working alongside Oli, our CMO, has been especially rewarding. He’s always open to new ideas, and our back-and-forth pushes projects further than I thought possible. The company’s get-togethers are another highlight. They go beyond the usual ‘team-building’ clichés and create real connections, not to mention unforgettable experiences. A personal standout was being given the chance to meet marketing legend Rory Sutherland and actually collaborate on content—something I never imagined a workplace would make possible. In short, Orange & Gray is more than a job. It’s a place where creativity thrives, colleagues feel like teammates, and personal growth is taken seriously. If you’re looking for a dynamic, supportive, and genuinely exciting workplace, I can’t recommend it enough.”
