Why Orange & Gray Exists

Why Orange & Gray Exists

Small and independent businesses are the heart of local communities - but in today’s AI-first world, they’re up against industry giants with unlimited budgets, corporate marketing machines, and generic messaging.

We exist to flip the odds.

Orange & Gray partners with the world’s most entrepreneurial hearing care clinics to help them become locally iconic. Not by shouting louder - but by being smarter. We give them the tools, the strategy, and the edge they need to out-think, out-position, and out-market Goliaths.

We exist to help more helpers, to help.

If you’re ready to be part of a team that values thinking deeply, acting boldly, and doing work that genuinely matters - then don’t wait for the perfect moment.

This is it.

Impact that matters

Everything we do is designed to help hearing care leaders improve lives through better communication.

Growth with purpose

We don’t chase vanity metrics. We build strategies that create lasting change for practices and their patients.

Partnership, not just service

We stand shoulder to shoulder with our members - celebrating wins, solving challenges, and growing together.

Innovation that lasts

From fresh ideas to proven systems, we give practices the tools to thrive today and prepare for tomorrow.

The values that matter.

It's not right for everybody, but if the below sings true to you, then it may be perfect for you.

Results Focused

We prioritise outcomes over processes. Success means our members win, and we own that responsibility fully.

Growth Mindset

We believe in always doing better than yesterday - innovating, learning, and tackling challenges head-on.

Give a Sh*t

We show up fully for our members, for our team, and for the communities we impact. We nurture relationships with heart and dedication, take pride in the details, and treat wins and losses as shared experiences. Passion and pride fuel everything we do.

Their Words

What your (potential) colleagues say

"

"Joining Orange & Gray has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. From day one, I felt welcomed into a warm, upbeat remote team where open communication and camaraderie aren’t just buzzwords—they’re real. The culture manages to be professional yet relaxed, striking that rare balance where people take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. What stands out most is the creative freedom. Orange & Gray gives you space to experiment, share ideas, and take risks without fear of failure. It’s the kind of environment where innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. Working alongside Oli, our CMO, has been especially rewarding. He’s always open to new ideas, and our back-and-forth pushes projects further than I thought possible. The company’s get-togethers are another highlight. They go beyond the usual ‘team-building’ clichés and create real connections, not to mention unforgettable experiences. A personal standout was being given the chance to meet marketing legend Rory Sutherland and actually collaborate on content—something I never imagined a workplace would make possible. In short, Orange & Gray is more than a job. It’s a place where creativity thrives, colleagues feel like teammates, and personal growth is taken seriously. If you’re looking for a dynamic, supportive, and genuinely exciting workplace, I can’t recommend it enough.”

“When I joined Orange & Gray, I immediately felt I was stepping into a team of true professionals—people who not only know their craft inside out but are also genuinely friendly and approachable. My role revolves around three main areas: server management, team management, and technical support. What I enjoy most is working alongside people who are always pushing to be better tomorrow than they were today. That drive to improve is contagious. The flexibility here is another huge benefit, especially as I home-educate my children. It means I can deliver at a high level without compromising on family. I’m excited to see how our internal systems continue to evolve over the next five years and how that growth will impact both our deliverables and the marketing we produce for our members. Outside of the day-to-day, one of my favorite things has been meeting like-minded colleagues who know how to have fun as much as they know how to work hard. It makes being part of O&G not just rewarding, but genuinely enjoyable.”

First, who are we?

Founded in 2017, we partner with just over 80 of the world’s best hearing care practices to help them to become iconic in their communities and grow reputation, recognition and revenue through brand, content and performance marketing through the implementation of a 8-step strategy (that our founder is releasing a book about in late 2026).

With a small yet dynamic team of less than 20 people that all work remotely, it’s a culture where people who care about results and impact flourish, with a strong leadership team and ambitious growth plans.

Performance & Reporting Lead

Role Overview

If we can’t measure it, we can’t improve it. And if our members can’t see the results, they can’t trust the work. At Orange & Gray, the Performance & Reporting Lead is the person who ensures we always have the numbers, and that those numbers are accurate, actionable, and driving real decisions.

In this role, you’ll sit within our Technical Delivery department and own three connected areas: technical SEO management, PPC management, and reporting. You’ll lead and manage the people responsible for technical SEO strategy and implementation, and oversee PPC campaign management — ensuring both functions are delivering measurable results for our members. On the reporting side, you’ll make sure every member report that reaches an Account Manager is accurate, on time, and tells a clear story about what’s working and what needs to change.

This is a management and coordination role, not a deep specialist one. You need to understand SEO, PPC, and analytics well enough to set standards, review output, and hold your people accountable — but your primary value is in keeping the function running smoothly, the data trustworthy, and the insights flowing to the people who need them.

If you’re someone who lives in data, cares about accuracy, and gets satisfaction from connecting the dots between technical performance and member outcomes — this is your role.

About Us

Our mission is simple: maximise the number of ears helped. We do that by helping independent hearing care clinics outperform the Goliaths — the big box retailers and manufacturers trying to commoditise their industry. Every website we build, every campaign we run, every piece of content we create exists to help private practice owners become the obvious choice in their community — so more people get the hearing care they deserve from people who genuinely care.

Founded in 2017, we partner with just over 80 of the world’s best hearing care practices across North America. Our goal is to help 1 million ears by 2036 — and every role in this business exists to move that number. With a small yet dynamic team of less than 20 people and a brand new HQ on the way, it’s a culture where people who care about results and impact flourish.

We live by three values:

  • Results Focused — we prioritise outcomes over processes. We own our responsibilities fully. We only win when our members win.

  • Growth Mindset — we believe in doing better than yesterday. We innovate or evaporate. We solve challenges others shy away from.

  • Give a Sh*t — we take personal pride in everything we do. We celebrate wins and feel the losses as one.

Campaign Delivery Coordinator

Role Overview

Content gets written. But someone has to turn it into a newsletter that’s built, branded, quality-checked, and sent. Someone has to take a blog post and get it uploaded, internally linked, thumbnailed, and live on the right website. Someone has to make sure the video is edited, captioned, and published to the right platform. That someone is you.

At Orange & Gray, the Campaign Delivery Coordinator is the person who turns finished content into deployed, live assets across our member portfolio. You’ll own the build and deployment of newsletters, blog uploads, and landing pages, and you’ll lead a team of VAs who handle newsletter building, blog uploads, and video/audio management. Your job is to ensure everything that’s been created by the content team actually gets into the world — on time, on brand, and to standard.

This is an operational coordination role with hands-on execution. You’ll build things yourself, manage VAs who build things for you, and quality-check everything before it goes live.

You’re the bridge between “content written” and “content published” — and if something isn’t right when it goes live, it’s on you. If you’re detail-obsessed, process-driven, and get genuine satisfaction from taking a pile of content and making sure every piece lands exactly where it needs to be, exactly how it should look — this is your role.

Account Manager

Role Overview

Are you passionate about building strong relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving meaningful results? At Orange & Gray, our Account Managers are trusted partners to our clients (who we call members), helping them unlock value and achieve their goals.

In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of members within our Account Management department. You’re the person each member relies on — the one who knows their practice, understands their goals, and makes sure everything we deliver is moving them forward. You’ll manage retention, drive growth, maintain RAGG status reporting across your book, and ensure quality control is consistent for every member you look after.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Technical Delivery and Campaign departments to make sure members receive a joined-up, gold-standard experience. The developers build and maintain the websites, the campaign team creates the content and runs the campaigns, and you’re the person who ties it all together for the member — ensuring they feel supported, understood, and genuinely excited about working with us.

If you’re someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they escalate, and gets a genuine buzz from seeing a member win — this is your role.

Campaign Strategist - PT

Role Overview

The Campaign team can execute brilliantly. What they need is someone who can tell them exactly what to execute — and why it’ll work.

At Orange & Gray, the Campaign Strategist is the senior strategic brain behind our campaign output. This is a high-level, part-time role (40 hours per month) focused on one thing: making sure every campaign we run for our members is sharp, purposeful, and built to drive results. You ideate the campaigns, provide clear creative direction, and ensure the team understands what to build, who it’s for, and what it needs to achieve.

You’re not executing. You’re not writing copy or building emails. You’re the person who sits above the production line and makes sure it’s pointed in the right direction. You understand our members’ markets, you know what kinds of campaigns move the needle for independent audiology practices, and you can translate that into clear briefs that the Campaign team can pick up and run with.

You’ll also bring a practical understanding of resource capacity — knowing what’s realistic given the team’s bandwidth and ensuring your campaign plans are ambitious but achievable. Strategy without execution awareness is just a wish list, and that’s not what we need.

This is a part-time role (40 hours per month / approximately 10 hours per week).

Open to employed part-time candidates and contractors.
